Physical Therapy 
Jason Moore, DPT, joined Kimball Health Services in June 2006 as our department director. 
Kirk Evertson, DPT, came on board July 2007. 
Sue Wallesen serves as the department secretary/aide. Contracted Therapists Occupational and speech therapy services are currently provided under contract by visiting therapists Carrie Martinson, OTLR and Martha Douglas, SLP.
