Rural Health Clinic 308-235-1966 A full range of family health care services is offered in Kimball at the community's medical clinic. The clinic is designated as a provider-based rural health clinic and is located on the hospital campus. What We Offer The clinic was constructed in 2001 with 10 exam rooms, all-new equipment, and uses electronic records. Our system combines scheduling, charting, orders and billing to automate the total workflow of a medical office. Wireless technology provides the mobility to have needed information at the point of care. We are connected to the hospital's digital radiology system and can view x-rays from within the clinic. Images are read by the Fort Collins radiology group, Advanced Medical Imaging. When To Visit Us Patients without appointments may be seen based upon severity of illness and provider availability. Patients with an emergency situation should report directly to the hospital ER.
