PC Analyst/Network Technician -
Our small community hospital and clinic needs a PC analyst and network technician to support our crucial healthcare activities, both in the clinical and supportive business office environments. This is not your typical helpdesk job, this is healthcare IT, a very exciting field for those interested in a variety of duties and responsibilities.
This full time position will provide Level 2 support for users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. The IT department uses helpdesk management software so attention to detail and documentation skills are a must.
In addition to installations and repairs, this position will also assist with:
- management of user accounts and network devices
- telecommunications and electronic physical access security
- biomedical equipment.
All department staff work rotating weekends and evenings as needed for after hours on-call support to patient care staff.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum of 12 to 24 months related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Information Position Type : Full Time Shift : Day Contact Information
