Orientation Steps

Upon acceptance of your new position, you will be scheduled for orientation with our Education Department and other department managers as required by your new position.

If you have any questions prior to orientation, please call your new department head.

Pre-Employment Physical

To schedule your physical call the Clinic at 308-235-1951.

You have the option to print and fill out our New Employee Health History and bring to your pre-employment physical, if desired. Questions to the education director.
