      Patient Portal

      Kimball Health Services patient portals offer you a secure and easy way to access your personal health history, test results and pay your bill online.

      During the hospital or clinic registration process, you were asked to provide an email address. A confirmation email was sent to you containing your username and password for the Patient Portals.

      Once you have completed the set up process, you will have 24/7 access to your medical information or to make payments on your account through the patient portal.

      If you receive care in both our clinics and the hospital – you will need to create two (2) profiles – one for your clinic records and a second account for your hospital records.

      How to register for a clinic or hospital portal

      • Be a patient of Kimball Health Services or the Pine Bluffs Health Clinic.
      • Provide your email address to clinic or hospital staff.
      • A confirmation email will be sent containing your username and password. Follow the instruction to complete your registration.

      What is the Patient Portal?

      The patient portal is a secure web link that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to their health information from anywhere with an internet connection. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as: health problems, allergies, immunizations, medications, lab test results, vital signs, radiology reports, discharge instructions and visit summaries. These can be downloaded and shared with other providers.  
       

      How can I register for a clinic or hospital portal account?

      You will automatically receive an email invite in your mailbox if you provided your email address during the registration process. Please check in your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Just follow the instructions to complete your registration. NOTE: If you receive care in both our clinics and the hospital – you will need to create two (2) profiles – one for your clinic records and a second account for your hospital records.
      The Patient Portal Registration document can help you manage your information when setting up your accounts.  


      If my enrollment invite expires, how can I request a new one?

      If your invite has expired, you will have to request a new invite from either the Kimball Health Services Clinic, Pine Bluffs Health Clinic or by contacting Laura Bateman during normal business hours at (308) 235-1951 or by email at lbateman@kimballhealth.org.
       

      I forgot my password. What should I do?

      If you forget your password, you can click “Forgot your password?” on the portal login in page and follow the instructions. If you need a password reset or other assistance you can contact either the Kimball Health Services Clinic, Pine Bluffs Health Clinic or Laura Bateman during normal business hours at (308) 235-1951 or by email at lbateman@kimballhealth.org.
       

      Can I access information from both my clinic & hospital visits through one portal account?

      No. If you receive care in both our clinics and the hospital – you will need to create two (2) profiles – one for your clinic records and a second account for your hospital records. You may use the same email for both accounts – but they require unique passwords.  The Patient Portal Registration document can help you manage your information when setting up your accounts.
