      What is MyCARECorner?

      MyCareCorner is an interactive user interface that brings your health data to life and promotes a collaborative approach to care.  With MyCareCorner, you have the tools to be more engaged in your health anytime, anywhere.  MyCareCorner gives you access to your personal health records, including appointments, current medication list, allergies and more.
       

      How can I register for MyCarecorner?

      Contact Kimball Health Services Clinic 308-235-1966 or the Pine Bluffs Health Clinic 307-245-3666 to sign up for MyCareCorner. Once you receive your invitational email, follow the steps below. 

      1. Once you receive and email to join MyCareCorner, click the link in the email to create your account
      2. After creating an accounty, download MyCareCorner from your App Store or Google Play Store
      3. Now that the MyCareCorner app is downloaded on your phone, log in with the account you just created so you can have anytime access to your record.
      4. You will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in the future.  

       

      Can I access information from both my clinic & hospital visits through one MyCareCorner account?

      Yes! With MyCareCorner you can access both clinic and hospital visit information through one account.
       

      Can I add additional family members to a MyCareCorner Account?

      Additional family members (spouse, children and/or parents) can be added to a registered MyCareCorner account once we provide the family member with an email or printed copy of the registration invitation for MyCareCorner. Clinic the link below for detailed instructions.


      Can I share my record in MyCareCorner?

      The Share Record option in MyCareCorner allows you to share your health record with other people, such as a spouse, parent, or children. Sharing your record allows them to view and update your health information, depending on the level of access your give them. Access can be changed or removed at any time
